Serenity Series Window Review

Recently I ran into a pretty major issue concerning one of my downtown rental properties. I had just rented out the unit when new construction started across the street on another high density apartment. The issue was simply the noise. Several of my tenants were fed up with the construction noise and were threatening to break their lease. I was at a loss but since the apartments were already in a busy area I considered the possibility of soundproofing. After looking into several options I decided replacing the windows which was probably the most practical and cost effective solution since building a sound barrier was not realistic. After researching different types of soundproofed windows I decided to use AMSCO’s Serenity Sound Control Windows which were recommended to me through All Purpose Windows and Doors in SLC. AMSCO Coze Tint Glass Review

I’m a local business owner who recently replaced the south facing doors and windows in my shop. The glare became such an annoyance that I decided I had either install blinds or completely replace the windows. After getting a few different bids I decided to just replace the windows as they were old and very hard to open and close.  On a recommendation from All Purpose Glass and Doors I decided to use AMSCO brand windows and to keep things uniform I decided to replace my full paned main entryway door. Because of the terrible glare into my building I decided to go with AMSCO’s Coze tinted glass. All Purpose did a great job on our installation. I had a really tight deadline and they were really good about getting the job done efficiently and on time. This was very refreshing compared to some underwhelming experiences I’ve had with other local window companies. Overall, I love the look of these windows and doors. It’s very streamlined and the windows slide so much better than the ones

Spring Flower Highlight: Lilacs

So far I’ve tried to pick spring flowers that might be new to some gardeners such as Bloodrot and Snowdrop Anemone. But here’s a flower that almost everyone will recognize and one of the prettiness and most fragrant spring flowers, the Lilac. Continue reading below for tips of growing this absolutely wonderful spring shrub. Planting Plant Lilac Shrubs in full sun areas with rich well-draining soil.
