This past summer I replaced my south facing sliding glass
patio door. This door had been a source of frustration for a long time and it
was overdue as far as replacing it. I couldn’t stand how heavy this door was to
open and also how inefficient the glass was while at the same time allowing
blinding glare into our main living space. After some basic research I decided
to use AMSCO Windows and Doors product. My neighbor got new windows that same
month and I liked the way they looked. I saw the AMSCO sign in my neighbor’s
yard but later found out that they are not a direct to customer company.
However, AMSCO is the first choice of many builders in the valley and can be
asked for by request.
AMSCO has several different glass options to choose from. I
needed something that was efficient but didn’t want any visible tint to the
glass. I decided to use the Coze Performance glass which AMSCO claims is 39%
more efficient than the normal double paned glass that I had before. And I have
to say that after this past crazy winter I can say with confidence that this
door is much better than your standard options. I no longer feel a chill when
standing close to the door, it’s easier to slide by a longshot, and I like the
way it filters the light in a much more natural way. Overall, I couldn’t be
happier with the performance of my AMSCO Coze sliding glass door. I would
highly recommend this product to homeowners or businesses.
