AMSCO Studio Series Window Review

Recently our family decided to replace the main-level windows in our single family home. We purchased the home just over a year ago, and although happy with our purchase, the windows were in really bad shape and something we knew we would have to replace. We quickly came to a breaking point during this past winter when it seemed like our home was actively hemorrhaging heat. This wasn’t a huge surprise as we knew the windows weren’t sealed properly and just standing by one you would feel the draft.
Our real problem with replacing the windows was cost. We knew it would be expensive but it became increasingly clear that we would have to make sacrifices when replacing our windows, which was the last thing we wanted considering the home already had poor windows. At that point, we held out and continued to research our options. We waited out the winter but knew we would have to replace our windows before the next one came.
Under the advice of a local window installer we ultimately decided to go with AMSCO Windows Studio Series which seemed just right for our limited budget but also had the quality we were looking for. We were impressed by the options of AMSCO’s Studio Series Windows despite it being one of their budget friendly options. The ALL Purpose Windows and Door company was a very knowledgeable AMSCO dealer and we were impressed with how highly knowledgeable they were of the product. We were concerned about getting a quality window within our budget but the dealer was very encouraging that they would have options for us. He also explained to us in detail the different energy saving features of the window frame and the glass itself.
In the end, my wife and I feel like we learned a lot and came away very happy with the results. We were very glad that we waited, did some research, and in the end stayed pretty much within our budget. We did decided to go with AMSCO’s Coze Tint glass which were a bit more expensive but considering how important efficiency was to us we were glad to spend the extra money.
We are both very happy with the look and performance of our AMSCO Windows. If you’re considering window or door replacement this product comes highly recommended!
