AMSCO Windows Glass Pattern Options

AMSCO Windows is Salt Lake Cities premiere window and door company because they offer an extremely high quality product and near limitless options for customization. For most of your basic window glass needs, check out AMSCO’s highly recommended CōzE line Sometimes the home owner might want to consider a patterned glass option which is best suited for bathroom windows, shower doors and enclosures, and other rooms where both natural light and privacy is desired.  Below I will provide a brief overview of AMSCO’s high quality patterned glass options.

Narrow Reed

First up is AMSCO’s Narrow Reed patterned glass. This style looks great in bathrooms, particularly used as shower doors. The Narrow Reed style has slightly more visibility than some of the more obscured styles. Therefore, those wanting even more privacy might want to consider the Delta Frost or Obscure glass pattern.

Obscure

As the name suggests, the Obscure pattern is transparent but direct visibility is highly obscured. This style is commonly found in bathroom windows and shower enclosures as it good natural light and total privacy.

Glue Chip

AMSCO’s Glue Chip pattern adds elegance and inspiration to most bathroom settings. This pattern is less obscuring but looks excellent in shower enclosures and bathroom windows.

Hammered

AMSCO’s Hammered pattern is a unique look with moderate visibility. This pattern looks great with a variety of architectural styles and like most patterned glass is usually best suited for bath or washroom environments.

Aquatex

AMSCO’s Aquatex Pattern is my personal favorite. This is the pattern I chose for my shower enclosure after much debate and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The Aquatex pattern is meant to look like water cascading down a smooth surface. This pattern looks beautiful used in a shower enclosures as it accentuates the natural look of water.

Delta Frost

As the name implies, AMSCO’s Delta Frost pattern has the look of naturally frosted windows. I really like the look of the Delta Frost in a fixed or egress style basement bathroom window. This style also works beautifully as a shower enclosure. A homeowner who appreciates the beautiful textures of winter but wants to escape the cold should consider AMSCO’s Delta Frost pattern!
